Ronald Farren-Price is one of Australia's great pianists. His distinctive style was guided into being by Claudio Arrau. It is a style of clarity, depth of expression and firmness of touch.  In addition to performing throughout Australia, Ronald is in his fifth decade of giving concerts overseas, appearing both in recital and as concerto soloist.  He has appeared in the UK, USA, Austria and in South America, his most noteworthy experience being a remarkable twelve tours of the states of the former USSR.

Ronald Farren-Price retired from the fulltime staff of the University of Melbourne, where he had been Head of Keyboard, but continues to teach as a Principal Fellow in the Faculty of Music there. He has had a successful recording career and has been a dedicated interpreter of Beethoven's music
