| The ensemble has been acclaimed for its performances of baroque and classical repertoire. Founded in 1985 the ensemble has a flexible format, with a small core membership drawn from Australia's leading period instrument specialists. It has performed extensively throughout its home country. The members performing on MD 3260 (Venice to Versailles) are Greg Dikmans (flutes/recorders); Lucinda Moon (baroque violin) and Simon Martyn-Hill (lutes, baroque guitars). On MD 3184 Greg and Lucinda are joined by Ruth Wilkinson (bass viol) and Linda Kent (harpsichord). | |
