HENRY WALLACE F.R.C.O. at the organ of St Mungo, Simonburn.
As well as some well-known Bach chorale-preludes, Henry puts this inspiring little instrument, acquired by St. Mungo's from York Minster in about 1908, through its paces in a balanced programme of (mainly) German pieces, some of which aren't available elsewhere. CD version to be released in due course. This tape was originally released to raise funds for the restoration of this fine Walker instrument, and was Divine Art's first ever recording.
